At BangJazz Hair, we want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Lace must be uncut and hair must not be altered, styled, or processed
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, or styled
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
